Our staffing professionals extensively use mobile technology and are equipped to work remotely as needed. With offices in different countries, we are very adaptable in shifting priorities and relocating work. We have procedures in place to enable dedicated recruiting professionals to conduct business remotely. We can also provide additional staffing resources to ensure business continuity for our clients that may have employees out due to sickness.

The Steps We Took

  • We have suspended travel to restricted areas and all non-essential business travel.
  • We have implemented quarantine protocols.
  • We have developed redundant staffing models in our other locations.
  • We have evaluated critical vendors for alternative options to minimize disruption.
  • We have enabled remote work options for our professionals.

We are closely monitoring the updates from Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), local, state and federal agencies. Our management team is also meeting regularly to stay on top of the situation and to assess our policies based on guidance.
